Q: How do I find out if inbound containers have arrived at the terminal?

Q: How do I sign up for inbound container pick-up, empty container pick-up or return, cargo and commodity inspection during non-working hours? Are there any additional costs required?
Consignees in need of non-working hours services will have to fill out the overtime hours service application and turn the form in before 16:30 during weekdays, with time and costs as follow:
Weekend 08:00 - 10:00 (NTD $1,000 per container)
Weekend 10:00 - 12:00 (NTD $2,000 per container)
Weekend 12:00 - 14:00 (NTD $3,000 per container)
Weekend 14:00 - 16:00 (NTD $4,000 per container)
Weekday evening 17:00 - 19:00 (NTD $1,000 per container)

Q: What are the operation hours for national holidays and extended holidays?
Tungya is open for business as usual, with the exception of Chinese New Year holidays and inbound laden and empty containers pick-up and return (which requires advance notice/application).
Q: What are the hours for cargo/commodity inspection?
Customs inspection is available at 10:00 and after 14:00 (two time frames).
Q: What tariff rates are consignees responsible for?

Q: How do I apply for CY outbound rework service?
To apply for rework service, please submit a written consent from the shipper, along with an application form signed by the carrier or shipping agent.
